This card is probably the finisher of his Dogmatika due to his ATK and its mass destruction effect. If the effect of "Dogmatika Maximus" goes through once, the condition can be satisfied with that alone, but the effect is also destroyed by battle + burn according to the number of fusion, S, X, and Link Monsters, so it's not good enough.
